Cabin Rental Rates

High Season- Summer rates

Summer Season 2025 : June 15, 2025 to September 1, 2025

Summer Season 2026: June 15, 2026 to September 7, 2026:

Rates are $3500.00 per week with a cleaning fee of $250.00 plus  state and Minocqua room tax totalling 11 percent.  We rent by the week during the summer season from Saturday to Saturday.

 If approved by owner, one dog will be allowed at $200.00 per week.  The dog fee is added to the rent and is taxable. No puppies or aggressive breeds. No other type of pets permitted.

SPRING AND FALL RATES

Rates for Spring and Fall are $325.00 per night with a four night minimum if we can arrange for cleaning.  Spring season start changes from year to year but usually no earlier than June 1st.  Fall season starts in 2025 on September 2, 2025 and starts in 2026 on September 8, 2026. Please contact us to discuss.  Please add a taxable cleaning fee of $250.00 per rental and a total of 11 percent for State and Minocqua room tax.

If approved by owner, one dog will be allowed at $29.00 per night.  The dog fee is added to the rent and taxable.

Security Deposit and Rental Contract

We request a $500.00 security deposit at booking to hold your reservation.  The deposit becomes a damage deposit at the start of the rental period.  It will be returned promptly after rental so long as no damage is present and the house rules as set forth in the rental contract are followed.

A rental contract is furnished to our guests and required to be signed upon rental.  Rent is due and payable 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.   If cancellation occurs within 60 days of rental, there is no refund of the rent paid unless the property can be rented for the full amount of rent.  If the reservation is cancelled outside of to the 60 days time period, the $500.00 deposit will be returned only if we are able to re-rent the property for the full amount of the rent.
